We are seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Engineer to join our team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of electrical and electronic control systems for powertrains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the selection of suitable electronic components.
  • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and validation activities for electronic systems and components.
  • Provide technical support for queries related to pinouts, schematic questions, and software functionality.
  • Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot reported quality issues.
Requirements:
  • Electronics-related degree or HNC level with detailed experience.
  • Detailed understanding of electronic engine systems.
  • Electronic systems knowledge, including methodical fault-finding and validation capability.
  • Electronic systems design, including requirements documentation and FMEA.
  • Defining electronic features and coordinating development with other teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools, including CANape & CANalyzer.
