About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Stock Condition at Cityscape Consult. This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of stock condition survey programs and the ability to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic survey initiatives for large-scale schemes, leveraging expertise to drive results.
  • Build and lead a new department and team, focusing on stock condition surveys and inspections.
  • Deliver insightful reports that showcase attention to detail and communicate findings effectively.
  • Manage diaries and ensure operational efficiency, while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience working on residential buildings and social housing.
  • A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of experience, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
