Our client, a prominent player in the business banking field, is eager to find a dedicated Operations Executive to provide outstanding support to both new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Team, directly reporting to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of Partners.
  • Address inquiries and facilitate the processing of new finance applications.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Numerically literate.
  • Comfortable managing telephone and email communications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with credit reference agencies.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Negotiation capabilities.
  • Understanding of business finance and leasing principles.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions.

This role offers an opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of business finance and leasing, acting as a primary support contact for various Partners seeking to establish new business relationships.

Training and Development:

Comprehensive training will be provided on the advanced Partner Portal and the financial products offered.
