Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of team managers who oversee a large team of field support specialists working alongside field engineers to install low-carbon technologies across the UK.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the operations function, including team management, operational reporting, managing third parties, and industry compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and report back to the Operations Director.
- Lead internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Support employee communication with the management team.
- Provide operational expertise and support to the teams.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and logically to react to changes in strategy.
- Experience in delivering programs of work and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of adaptability and agility.
- Ability to establish and work with a network to deliver promptly, with a focus on quality and delivery.
- Analytical skills, seeking out data to inform decisions.
