Ford Vehicle Technical Advisor Job Description

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to work for one of the biggest car brands in the UK?

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technical Advisor to join our team at Ford. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice and support to our customers and authorized repairers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and respond to incoming technical enquiries from customers and authorized repairers
  • Record and analyze technical data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on technical procedures and best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar technical role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Ford vehicles and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
