Principal Mechanical Engineer

Join our team as a Principal Mechanical Engineer and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical leadership and design expertise. As a key member of our Ocean Interfaces team, you will be responsible for leading design-oriented tasks across the product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of engineers, delegating tasks and checking technical documentation
- Develop and implement tactical and strategic solutions to support new Ocean Interface systems
- Manage internal and external design reviews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and stakeholders on engineering solutions
- Drive innovation and process improvements to streamline design and delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading design-oriented tasks and managing technical documentation
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
