Public Area Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Area Supervisor to join our team at art'otel. As a Public Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our public areas, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of public area staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient operation of public areas, including team briefings and supervision.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in public areas.
  • Develop and mentor public area staff to provide excellent guest service.
  • Empower team members to take ownership of guest experiences and adapt to meet their needs.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members.
