Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chilled Warehouse Team Leader within the Despatch Department. The primary objective of this role is to empower the team to meet targets and foster continuous performance improvement through effective coaching and development.

Contract Type:
Full Time

Shift Pattern:
4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 7-7)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training plans for team members.
- Provide coaching to frontline staff, enabling them to address challenges effectively.
- Align personal activities with overarching business goals.
- Manage personnel, including performance reviews, development, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Operational Excellence principles and coach the team in their application.

Müller Leadership Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute development plans.
- Create pathways for career progression within the organization.
- Demonstrate high-level problem-solving and facilitation skills.
- Engage in proactive issue resolution by visiting workstations as needed.
- Utilize PDCA techniques to ensure thorough problem resolution.
- Encourage team members to identify and pursue improvement opportunities.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives and gain recognition for contributions.
- Promote a culture of waste reduction across all operations.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven management experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
