It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

**We are recruiting.... Warehouse Operatives**

We are currently looking to recruit for** Warehouse Operatives** to join our Chill Department at Manchester Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

**Contract: Full Time / Perm**

**Salary: £29,009.67**

**Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 2 days 2 night (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)**

**Location: Manchester**

**R**esponsibilities will include but not be limited to the following**:

- Manually pack product into trolleys, ensuring the product is fit for purpose and highlighting any non-conformance
- Transport full and empty trolleys across the chill
- Operate and complete asset care/deep cleaning on equipment
- Ensures good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout their shift
- Part of an effective hand over between shifts, remaining within the chill until a relief takes over
- Completes all documentation, ensuring they up to date and available
- Operate trolley wash and ensures adequate trolley supply to fillers
- Leads by example encouraging appropriate behavioural safety and technical standards in support of company values and culture
- Able to carry out tasks requested by both, coordinators and team leaders

**Muller Responsibilities**:

- Maintain high standards of hygiene
- Comply with food safety requirements and adhere to site quality procedures
- Maintaining chill standards whilst looking to constantly improve
- Take reasonable care for the health, safety and welfare of themselves and others that may be affected by their acts or omissions
- Cooperate with the company, so far as is necessary, to enable the company to perform or comply with any required or imposed duties imposed under relevant statutory provision
- Actively promote and comply with all company policies, procedures and values

**_Please note this role requires you to work within a chilled environment however all PPE including Hi
- Vis coat is provided._**

**Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following**:

- Previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary
- **Experience using a voice picking system such as **Zetes & as400**:

- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Capability & Accountability
- A flexible approach; able to adapt to changing daily production plans
- A good listener/communicator
- Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills
- Effective team worker
