Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders through the point of sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all guest areas are clean, sanitary, and tidy, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the point of sale system.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
