Position Overview

Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled HVAC-focused M&E Engineer to enhance our facilities management team.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: £35,313 to £40,400 per annum based on experience

Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our team, you will travel to designated sites, serving as the primary contact for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive services related to Air Conditioning, M&E, and general building maintenance. Your tasks may include:
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Fire alarm checks
  • Replacing lamps
  • Basic plumbing tasks
  • General fabric maintenance

You will work independently, taking charge of delivering maintenance plans, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. A strong capability in executing various mechanical duties is essential.

Qualifications Required

Essential Skills:
  • F-Gas certification
  • NVQ qualification in Air Conditioning
  • Proven HVAC experience
  • Valid UK driver's license
  • Hands-on experience in an M&E Engineer role or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Desirable Skills:
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • IOSH Working Safely certification
  • Plumbing skills
  • Basic fabric maintenance skills
  • 2391 testing and inspection certification

Work Schedule
