Service Advisor - Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client based in Wilmslow. As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, providing outstanding customer care and ensuring seamless communication throughout the vehicle servicing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing, keeping them up-to-date at every stage
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time
  • Provide expert advice on products and services to customers, building a genuine rapport and identifying their needs
  • Work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
  • Impeccable presentation and a strong customer service background
  • Working knowledge of Kerridge/Pinnacle or other automotive-based systems
