**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Overall Project Oversight:** Ensure comprehensive scheduling of tasks, keeping the client informed and guaranteeing that all necessary resources are available and prepared.
- **Collaboration with Commercial Teams:** Provide operational assistance to the commercial department, adhering to the NEC3 contract framework.
- **Client Liaison:** Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing a dashboard of issues and facilitating resolutions.
- **Contractual Insight:** Grasp the scope of contracts and identify potential new business opportunities.
- **Team Management:** Oversee and delegate tasks among staff and contractors across various departments.
