To provide proactive and professional support for all practice groups across the firm, including audio/digital dictation typing, copy typing, amending/formatting large and complex documents, producing comparison documentation, Word/PDF conversion and manipulation, and preparing diagrams, slides, spreadsheets, and other ad hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities- Advanced document skills, including accurate typing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading, with the ability to write clear business correspondence.
- Advanced Word skills, such as styles, cross-referencing, tracked changes, table of contents, and desktop formatting and creative aspects.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, including embedding files, animations, transitions, and other features.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and other features.
- Advanced knowledge of PDF conversion, manipulation, and comparison software.
- Experience with document management systems, such as FileSite/Worksite/DMS.
- Good knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Carers' leave (up to five paid days' leave towards caring responsibilities)
- 25 days' annual leave entitlement and the opportunity to purchase or roll over 5 days
- Contributory pension of up to 5%
