Role Overview:
We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for a Construction Site Supervisor to become part of a vibrant Refurbishment Division.
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing internal social housing renovation projects, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Duties:
- Project Coordination - Formulate and oversee short-term work schedules, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Team Leadership - Supervise workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to safety regulations.
- Site Evaluations - Perform pre and post-project inspections, offering actionable feedback and assisting with design solutions to guarantee successful project outcomes.
- Documentation - Create weekly progress reports for each project, submitting them electronically to the Project Manager.
- Project Completion and Billing - Ensure that completed job documentation is forwarded to the Project Manager promptly to facilitate timely invoicing and maintain cash flow.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience - Demonstrated experience in delivering internal social housing renovations, including kitchens and bathrooms, with a Main Contractor.
- Certifications - SMSTS, Black/Gold CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness.
- Driving Credentials - Valid UK Driving License.
- Communication Skills - Strong communicator with a positive and engaging approach to site management.
- Technical Proficiency - Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
