We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Inspire and motivate a team of supervisors and staff members to deliver exceptional results and maintain high standards.
- Operational Excellence: Assist department heads in maintaining optimal staffing levels, ensuring that departments are neither overstaffed nor understaffed.
- Deputy Hotel Manager: Act as the Hotel Manager's deputy in their absence, upholding the hotel's high standards and ensuring seamless operations.
- Departmental Oversight: Be actively present in each department, fostering innovation and encouraging team members to think creatively.
- Team Development: Identify team needs and implement improvements with compassion and support, ensuring that all team members feel valued and empowered.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee and enhance recruitment practices, assisting department heads with recruitment as needed.
- Quality and Standards: Be passionate about the quality and standards of our Food and Beverage service, ensuring that it meets the highest expectations.

- Certification: F+B certification skills would be an advantage.
