The Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in London. As a key member of our creative services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional strategic thinking, creative application, and client service across a broad range of design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-company presentation templates and company credentials
  • Create partner pitches and sales tools, main stage showcase decks, and mood boards
  • Design marketing collateral, event branding, and digital look books
  • Lead the day-to-day meetings and calls with clients, translating their requests into actionable agendas for the design studio
  • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, driving teams to successfully deliver to time, quality, and budget
  • Communicate, sell, and pitch work to clients in an engaging way
  • Review deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Identify new projects and secure ongoing work to grow the business

Requirements

  • Experience in entertainment marketing agency
  • 2:1 or higher bachelor's degree with 5+ years entertainment experience
  • Understanding of all aspects of B2B and consumer marketing
  • Management experience with a keen ability to delegate and manage multiple projects and people
  • Highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming personality
  • Excellent communication skills and personability
  • A creative and strategic thinker with awareness of current film, fashion, music, and social trends
  • Professional appearance and demeanor for interfacing with clients
