About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Care Cymru. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Prepare meals and assist with domestic cleaning and running errands
  • Support service users to maintain their personal hygiene and independence
  • Travel within the community to provide care and support
Requirements
  • Be aged over 18
  • Commit to weekly shifts, including early morning and evening shifts
  • Be able to travel within the community to provide care and support
What We Offer
  • Paid mileage and contribution towards yearly MOT
  • Yearly care winter pack provided to all drivers
  • Full time hours and set shifts
  • Full visits/calls paid, not minute by minute
  • Two weekends off per month
