Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
- A valid NMC pin and a strong background in nursing, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Previous experience working in a care home is desirable, but not essential.
- Confidence in offering clinical guidance to the care team and a commitment to maintaining high clinical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
