SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Underley Garden School, a large school with small class sizes, focusing on pupils and young people, aged 5-19, who have a range of complex needs associated with autism and learning disabilities.
As an SEN Teacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to develop a curriculum and promote positive relationships between peers. You will create a safe and inclusive learning environment, tailored to the needs of our students, and lead on a curriculum area(s) with a therapeutic approach.
We are looking for a teacher with a background in Early Years and Primary Teaching, who is willing to teach students of all ages. Experience of working with Autistic pupils is essential, and a willingness to adapt to the needs of our students is crucial.
