Job Summary:

5S Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of technicians to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the production process, including setting and operating injection moulding machines to achieve consistent production to approved standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, increasing productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management on production performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in injection moulding manufacturing, with a strong background in precision tool setting.
  • Industry-recognized injection moulding qualifications.
  • Proficiency in operating machines and robots.
  • In-depth knowledge of injection moulding processes, applications, and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with proven experience in root cause analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
