Job Title: Director, Personal Insurance Campaigns

As a key member of the Personal Lines Marketing team at Baldwin Risk Partners, the Director, Personal Insurance Campaigns plays a pivotal role in creating and launching multi-channel campaigns that drive results. This includes Paid Media campaigns (SEM) and social media ads, as well as developing training materials for Sales partners and providing one-on-one consultations to help sales managers grow their recruiting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ongoing multi-channel campaigns for Personal Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Flood, Boat, Motorcycle, Medicare, and Healthcare.
  • Create, launch, and monitor digital campaigns in Google, Bing, and Social channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including campaign spend optimization, audience creation, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative assets for campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space, recommending innovative solutions to drive campaign success.
  • Lead Medicare Sales Manager Grass Roots Marketing Meetings, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword discovery and expansion to inform campaign development and optimize performance.
  • Evaluate market opportunities for campaign refinement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising, identifying areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Assist in creating Medicare sales/Retail broker sales contests/awards as needed, promoting engagement and motivation.
  • Make national campaign creatives available within the asset management system (Total Expert), ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Perform additional duties as the role evolves, driving continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-channel campaign development and execution, with a focus on Paid Media and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, with a solid grasp of web tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, SEMRush, WebTrends).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEM and Social Media, with a focus on driving results and ROI.
  • Presentation skills, with the ability to deliver and develop compelling presentations that drive engagement and motivation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment, collaborating with design, content, and sales teams to drive campaign success.
  • Working knowledge of asset management tools for sales content distribution, with a focus on making national campaign creatives available within the asset management system.
