Manrose Manufacturing Ltd, a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial ventilation systems, is seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join our team. As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll processes, ensuring timely and efficient management of employee data.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
- Provide administration on pension schemes and pension submissions.
- Work on projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide payroll information and answer questions and requests.
- Prepare journals for finance and ensure accurate financial statements.
- Submit ONS Surveys and maintain employee confidence.
- Administer the ShareSave Scheme and maintain payroll systems.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and identify discrepancies.
- Experience with statutory payments and pension scheme arrangements.
- Data entry experience.
- Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 depending on experience.
- Annual leave – 25 days plus bank holidays.
- Pension - auto-enrolment after 3 months of service.
