Internal Account Manager - Now Filled In

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who is comfortable handling both Business Development and Account Management tasks, as well as project-related responsibilities.

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, booking appointments on behalf of the Business Development Manager, and overseeing the onboarding process for new customers.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous Project Management experience
  • Ability to multitask and interact with people at all levels

The Account Manager will assume responsibility for:

  • Contacting customers off the back of interest generated through various marketing channels
  • Booking appointments on behalf of the Business Development Manager
  • Internal projects, including onboarding of new customers
  • Working closely with the internal sales support team
  • Account Management, ensuring continuous identification of opportunities to drive growth and profitability
  • Research and obtain quality business leads
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external customers and suppliers

Key skills and experience required for the Account Manager position include:

  • Previous Account Management, Business Development, or Project Administration experience
  • Confidence with systems and processes
  • Confidence with Excel
