We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our CASS practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing all aspects of audit services delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as audit lead on a range of financial services entities, with a focus on delivering high-quality audits that meet the expectations of our clients and regulatory bodies.
- Responsible for maximising profitability from a portfolio, including budgeting, work-in-progress control, and billing.
- Support Partners in group sales and marketing activity, including playing a leading role in pitch teams and attending group networking events.
- Contribute to the development of new business relationships and business proposals through high-level sales and marketing activity.
- Engage directly on technical and audit judgement decisions.
- ACA, ACCA, or ICAS qualified, or overseas equivalent.
- Previous experience of managing and coaching people.
- Good working knowledge of the FCA's CASS rulebook and the FRC's Assurance Standard for client asset engagements.
- Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation, and compliance.
- Controls experience.
- Project Management experience.
