About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our CASS practice in Financial Services. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality audits that meet the FCA's CASS rulebook and FRC's Assurance Standard for client asset engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of auditors to ensure accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the FCA's CASS rulebook and FRC's Assurance Standard for client asset engagements.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO's Partners to ensure seamless communication and delivery of audits.
  • Provide long-term value to clients through accurate and transparent reporting.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
  • Previous experience of managing and coaching people.
  • Good working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation, and compliance.
  • Controls experience.
  • Project Management experience.
