We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist specializing in Musculoskeletal (MSK) care to become a vital member of our dedicated team.
Our supportive department is seeking a proactive and passionate physiotherapist eager to enhance their clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities within an MSK outpatient environment. The role primarily involves working within our healthcare facility, with potential responsibilities at various community clinics.
We are in search of a qualified Band 5 or current Band 6 Physiotherapist who possesses a strong interest in MSK outpatient services. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services as part of the MSK Therapy team.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage a personal caseload.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and general practitioners, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in clinical audits.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and development.
