About the Role

CHEC Community Health and Eyecare is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.

Work closely with the Graphic Designer to commission artwork for a range of purposes, including flyers, leaflets, and social media posts.

Assist with maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

Plan and monitor the company presence on social media, increasing followers and engagement month on month.

Assist with the development of engaging online content, including blog posts, graphics, and videos.

Maintain the CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and measure the performance of our digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
