About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership on clinical excellence, coordinating and mentoring staff to ensure quality care services are provided, and supporting and motivating team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical excellence strategies to improve resident care
  • Coordinate and mentor staff to ensure quality care services are provided
  • Support and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure residents receive high-quality care and services
  • Share on-call management duties with the Home Manager

Requirements:

  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
  • Experience in a nursing/care home for older adults
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of CQC Regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude
