Landytech is a fast-growing fintech company that's changing the way investment managers, asset owners, and their advisors access asset information. Our platform, powered by Sesame, helps clients in over 15 countries make informed investment decisions and deliver insights faster.

We're looking for a Senior CSM/Financial Analyst to join our team and help our clients get the most out of our platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients, from implementation to everyday use of the platform. You'll work closely with our Implementations, Product, and Data Teams to deliver world-class service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of investment products and be able to confidently speak about various products' performance and analytics on our Sesame platform
  • Identify issues on the platform, inconsistencies, or root-cause for clients' inability to optimize our platform in the best possible way, and communicate these issues to the relevant technical departments for immediate solutions
  • Draw conclusions from clients' feedback and use of platform about utilization of our product and potential need for add-ons and other products for an even greater customer experience
  • Actively engage with clients, identifying and championing for any new/partner opportunities
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in technical analysis of financial products or consultative account management of financial products with tech analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Extremely strong in Excel and financial analyses
  • Experience working in wealth/asset management or consulting for FS-related businesses
  • Strong project management, retention, and cross-sell skills
  • Great listener and anticipator of clients' needs
  • Excellent at building relationships and influencing key partner stakeholders
  • Fluent/native in both English and French, any other European language is a plus
