About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Site Lead to join our team at Maple Grove School. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our services and ensuring quality assurance.

Working independently within the framework of our service policies and procedures, you will work closely with our clinical teams to develop empowering environments where our pupils can flourish. You will be responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards, and that our pupils receive the best possible support.

As a Clinical Site Lead, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including our clinical locality lead and head of clinical operations. You will be responsible for collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Work with people who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs
  • Lead and manage strategically to achieve service development goals
  • Collaborate with key partners to achieve shared objectives
  • Collect and analyse data to inform service delivery and development
