Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly targets and KPIs for learner engagement.
* Engage with unemployed individuals through referral partners to enrol them in AEB courses.

* Monitor and evaluate the success of learner engagement initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Stay informed about relevant policies and procedures and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
