- Tool Management: Maintain and manage tools and toolboxes, ensuring they are in good working order and easily accessible.
- Workshop Maintenance: Keep the production workshop clean and organized, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on automated production lines, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
- Teamwork and Communication: Foster good communication and teamwork across shifts, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals.
- Problem-Solving: Actively seek and share productivity improvements, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Training and Development: Train others as required, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support the growth and development of the team.
- Electrical/Mechanical Experience: Advantageous, but not essential.
- Pneumatic Maintenance: Experience with pneumatic maintenance is desirable.
- Analytical and IT Skills: Strong analytical and basic computer skills, with proficiency in IT systems.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Time Management and Flexibility: Strong time management and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a keen eye for detail.
