About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team at Fusion People Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, calibrating, and testing radiation protection instruments to ensure customer work demands are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain radiation protection instruments to ensure optimal performance
  • Calibrate and test instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Workshop-based component level repair of radiation monitors and radiometric systems
  • Provide training and mentorship to other team members, including apprentices and new entrants
Requirements
  • Experience with electrical/electronic instruments
  • NVQ Level 3 Certification or above in a related discipline
  • Electrical/electronically biased experience in previous roles
  • Knowledge of safety requirements and standards in the industry
