Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor M&E at Alexander Associates, you will play a crucial role in the commercial management of mechanical and electrical projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the commercial aspects of the business are well-managed and protected, enhancing the overall service received by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of M&E projects, including costings, cash flow, and supplier management.
- Working closely with Buyers to maintain high standards of installation and quality of materials.
- Overseeing financial reports, including monthly Trading Reviews (CVR Reports) and negotiation of final accounts.
- Managing subcontract accounts, including variation accounts and payment certificates.
- Liaising with the accounts function to review supplier and subcontract accounts.
- Assisting Buyers with negotiation of large ticket items and preparing subcontractor orders.
