Job Opportunity: Senior Insurance Broker

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Broker to join our team at The Recruiter Specialists Group Ltd. As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert advice on insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business, including SME lines, and build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on insurance products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, insurers, and clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the business through strategic planning and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in insurance, with experience in delegated authority binders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Professional outlook and presence, with a strong understanding of the insurance market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
