Position Overview:

- Assume complete accountability for the management and successful execution of intricate projects or multiple project segments within the water framework.
- Supervise all facets of project management, encompassing health and safety, design, client relations, quality assurance, environmental considerations, schedule compliance, and financial oversight throughout both the early planning and execution phases.
- Monitor the advancement of both offsite and onsite activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary limits.

Candidate Profile:
- A remarkable team leader with exceptional skills in people management, analytical thinking, problem resolution, and organization.
- Previous experience in managing projects during both planning and execution stages within a significant project context is highly advantageous.
- A natural leader who can motivate a diverse group.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities are crucial.
- Focused on program delivery, with the capability to effectively plan and allocate resources to meet deadlines and project scopes.
- Commercial insight, enabling the team to produce precise time and cost estimates and reports.
- Familiarity with BIM/digital tools is a plus.
- A minimum HNC qualification in civil engineering or construction management is preferred.
- Proficiency in IT is essential.
- A relevant professional certification is desirable.
- Possession of an SMSTS safety qualification and a valid CSCS card is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
