  • A remarkable team leader with exceptional skills in people management, analytical thinking, problem resolution, and organization.
  • Previous experience in managing projects during both planning and execution stages within a significant project context is highly advantageous.
  • A natural leader who can motivate a diverse group.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities are crucial.
  • Focused on program delivery, with the capability to effectively plan and allocate resources to meet deadlines and project scopes.
  • Commercial insight, enabling the team to produce precise time and cost estimates and reports.
  • Familiarity with BIM/digital tools is a plus.
  • A minimum HNC qualification in civil engineering or construction management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT is essential.
  • A relevant professional certification is desirable.
  • Possession of an SMSTS safety qualification and a valid CSCS card is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
