Job Summary:

Randstad Care is seeking a qualified Senior Practitioner to join the Adoption team at Thurrock Council. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work closely with other professionals, including teachers, healthcare professionals, and other social workers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families, including providing guidance and support to parents and carers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of children and families, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure that children and families receive the support they need.

Requirements:

  • Social Work England Registered (SWE)
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
