Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Support Advisor to join our Travel Claims team at Charles Taylor. As a Claims Support Advisor, you will be responsible for accurately assessing claims in line with policy terms and conditions and ensuring that valid claims are paid quickly, without unnecessary delay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by being empathetic and understanding the needs of our customers
  • Resolving disputes with customers and referring to colleagues for advice when needed
  • Accurately recording information and maintaining accurate records
  • Confidently making outbound calls to customers

Requirements:

  • Highly organized under pressure with good attention to detail
  • Proficient in written communication
  • Customer service experience is helpful but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and data inputting
