Kirkham Young Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Capital Equipment Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling high-value capital endoscopy reprocessing equipment and associated consumables to Sterile Services Managers and Hospital Procurement Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the entire portfolio of capital endoscopy reprocessing equipment and associated consumables to key customers.
- Cover a large territory spanning multiple regions, including the West Midlands, East Midlands, East Anglia, Thames Valley, and Hampshire and Dorset.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Utilize a state-of-the-art Track and Traceability system to enable efficiencies in the workflow of operating theatres and endoscopy suites.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in capital medical equipment sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory.
