Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Residential Property Conveyancers
  • Prepare and manage budgets for the team
  • Run and manage complex residential property matters
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in Residential Property Conveyancing
  • Strong technical ability to handle complex residential property matters
  • Experience of managing and leading a team
  • Previous experience of preparing and managing budgets

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building good relationships with referrers and a willingness to grow the area of work. Relevant technical experience will include handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered and registered titles, auction and probate sales, transfer of equity, and matrimonial property matters.
