About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Workplace Experience Supervisor to join our team at Avison Young. As a key member of our Workplace Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a user-focused service experience that exceeds expectations
  • Deliver all areas of Workplace Services job scope to a high standard
  • Ensure adequate resources are in place for every shift
  • Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and maintain a presence in the client lounge welcome area
  • Support the Regional Office Manager with appraisals and development plans for direct reports
  • Implement improvement plans if performance or conduct is below expectations
  • Drive relationships and connectivity with all stakeholders
  • Ensure all facilities issues and requests are registered with the Central Services Team
  • Be visible to support with service delivery and oversee the performance of the team
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to schedule works and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Support the team with resolving maintenance and cleanliness issues
  • Responsible for completing all Avison Young Health & Safety activity within your space
  • Escalate H&S issues
  • Oversee management of all flexible workspace usage
  • Develop an understanding of workplace usage data to create strategic initiatives
  • Support with the use and introduction of technology for all workstreams
  • Proactive IT support and set up
  • Organising and scheduling Workplace Wellbeing facilities and events
  • Be an advocate for change and motivate others to introduce new initiatives
  • Utilise technology to drive communication and connectivity with colleagues
  • Assist in the management, maintenance, and update of room booking systems
  • Assisting with reprographic queries and ensuring equipment is functioning correctly
  • Contribute with ideas for and drive events within the employee experience events calendar
  • Support the Workplace Services Manager with the creation of Toolbox videos for the community
  • Build and maintain a current, working knowledge of all office services policies, procedures, systems, and tools
  • Assist with the management of corporate magazine subscriptions
  • Arrange a photographer session for staff headshot photos and add them to the Who's Who to ensure complete records
  • Offer input and perspective at team meetings, demonstrating reason and emotional intelligence
  • Ensure compliance with all Avison Young policies, including GDPR, Bribery, Bullying and Harassment, and Unconscious Bias
  • Participate and assist with client visits and prospective occupier show rounds
  • Portray yourself as an Ambassador for Avison Young at all times
