Site Manager Opportunity in Kent

Our client, a leading contractor in the UK, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their planned maintenance division in Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labour-based activities, supervising contracts, and ensuring production targets are achieved. A strong background in construction, health and safety, and quality control is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sub-contractors and direct operatives
  • Lead the site team to achieve production targets
  • Ensure delivery of works to specification
  • Conduct pre- and post-inspections, health and safety checks, and quality audits

Requirements:

  • CSCS card - Supervisor/Manager/Professionally qualified person
  • SMSTS Award
  • GCSE grade C or above in 4 subjects, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
  • Previous experience managing labour-based activities in the construction industry
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of industry health and safety protocols
