We are seeking a seasoned process engineer to lead our project delivery team. As Head of Engineering Delivery for the Nuclear and Power business, I recognize the value of excellence in process engineering. Our growth means we have opportunities for senior leaders in our strong project pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large process projects, with a proven approach to team leadership, client collaboration, clear vision, and technical and project risk management.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Process Engineer at AtkinsRéalis. The Chief Process Engineer will oversee process engineering projects, optimize processes, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and lead a team of engineers. This role is based in the Midlands Area with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Process Optimization, Process Engineering, and Project Management skills
- Experience in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the nuclear or energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
