About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Education, Children and Families team at Ipsos. As a key member of our research and evaluation team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-profile studies and helping us grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead research and evaluation projects, including mixed-methods studies, to deliver high-quality results and meet client objectives.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, including proposal writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead and manage small to medium-sized research and evaluation projects, and contribute to the development of large and complex projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery, including data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs and identify opportunities to grow our business.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's skills and expertise, including mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in research and evaluation, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting client objectives.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw out clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management, with a strong understanding of the education and families sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
