KAG Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is delighted to be exclusively supporting our client, a leading privately-owned Food Manufacturing processor, to recruit an Accounts Administrator at their site.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our client's team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, providing support to the Logistics team, and assisting the Financial Controller with weekly/monthly tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process staff expenses
  • Assist the Sales Ledger with orders and raise sales invoices
  • Perform purchase ledger tasks, including invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Conduct stock reconciliations and assist with daily costings
  • Undertake administrative duties relating to payroll
  • Provide cover in respect of shipping and export documentation
  • Offer administrative support to the Livestock department

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within an office environment and a desire to expand your knowledge within the Finance sector. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well in a team and independently, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
