Job SummaryAs the Programme Manager for The Travelers Companies, Inc., you will be responsible for the management and implementation of various programmes across the business. You will work closely with Senior Leadership to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Set goals for the programme aligned with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Programme Planning: Plan the programme from business readiness to completion, involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.
- Project Governance: Work alongside the PMO Director to ensure all project governance processes are followed.
- Performance Evaluation: Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise delivery partners and all team leaders involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
- Risk Management: Address and escalate all risk and issues in a timely manner.
- Commercial Insurance Knowledge: Knowledge of Commercial Insurance, ideally in London Market.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in project/program management.
- Change Management: Understanding of Change Management techniques.
- Data Analysis: Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
