Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining our Learning Management System to ensure all training files and e-learning content is up-to-date.
  • Generating training-related reports and sharing them with key stakeholders.
  • Booking, organizing, and coordinating all training activities in our yearly training calendar.
  • Collating training evaluation feedback and generating reports for the team.
  • Liaising with training suppliers to ensure training activities are booked and conducted on time.
  • Arranging and coordinating F&M supplier visits as part of our product mastery training offer.
  • Managing the L&D email inbox and answering all general training queries.
  • Coordinating and organizing the enrolment of apprentices by liaising with our apprenticeship providers.
  • Managing the enrolment of apprentices onto the apprenticeship portal and related administrative tasks.
  • Supporting with L&D and Apprenticeship events and functions.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the Fortnum & Mason induction.
  • Coordinating and supporting the Induction and onboarding of "work experience" candidates.
  • Supporting the L&D team in the creation and updating of training materials.
