Experience of working with people who have learning disabilities and/or complex needs is essential for this role. A calm and resourceful approach is required, as well as the ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework.
What We OfferAs a Creative Support Relief Support Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in Leeds and any area of the country. You will be paid weekly, and car drivers are preferable to provide transport for service users to community activities.
