Children's Hospice Nurse

Noah's Ark Children's Hospice is seeking an experienced or senior Band 5 nurse to join our Specialist Care Team. As a paediatric nurse, you will care for children who are staying with us at The Ark and those visiting us for day care. We provide families with choice, so you will also support children in their family homes and in community-settings.
Key Responsibilities- Care for children who are staying with us at The Ark and those visiting us for day care.
- Support children in their family homes and in community-settings.
- Work as part of our Specialist Care Team to provide high-quality care to children with life-limiting conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of our care model and services.

- Registered Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse Child Branch.
- Relevant post-qualification experience at staff nurse band 5 level.
- Previous team nursing/management experience or experience of supporting students, junior staff nurses or support workers.
- Experience in leading a multiskilled workforce or team or evidence of leadership of a multiskilled workforce/team with support from lead nurse.
